Brewing Tips
- 250mls Water (pre-heated)
- 16 grams coffee ground medium fine, about the same as for v60
- Rinse filter
- Heat the bottom chamber. When the top chamber is full, turn down the heat until the water is a stable simmer.
- Stir the top chamber to cool (target 94C)
- Start timer and tip ground coffee into top chamber
- Mix for the next 45 seconds making sure no more floating dry coffee or lumps
- At 45 seconds, remove flame and immediately (and gently) stir the Syphon 3 — 5 times
- Total brewing time should be 90 seconds
